Abstract: This research work, a quantitative evaluation, is constructed to help in the decision of the choice of the methodology in the management of a project, based n the specific conditions of the project. The conditions will be evaluated with the indicators extracted from success criteria, success activation levers or environmental conditions of the project itself. It is structured around three chapters that deal with specific topics. The first chapter selects the candidate methodologies or agile frameworks to manage the project. The second chapter is based on the selection of the indicators. It is contrasted that it appears in the literature as critical factors for the success of projects. The third chapter develops the evaluation of each indicator with respect to the methodology and the weighting of the project with respect to the methodology, resulting in two additional calculations, along with a recommended interpretation according to the results of the values obtained. In addition, a practical application is carried out on 2 projects. Finally, possible next lines of work are proposed and the lessons learned are presented as conclusions.
