Title: L'accés de les persones sense llar al sistema sanitari català

Abstract: This research it is focused on the homeless people access to the Catalan health system. Spain is governed by the welfare State and take part as a state member of the United Nations, so it means it want to promote the populations sustainable development, encourage the live quality and the enjoyment of the most possible high level of health. But this model has lacks for some collectives, the homeless do not have requirements to benefit of the health attention universality, both at the nationally and the regionally level. The exclusion these people suffer, it could be product of the structural rigidity and not because it does not allow the recognition of certain identity elements of the group. The objectives of this research are study the access of the homeless people to the Health Catalan system, compare the universality actual situation of the system with the United Nations resolution about universal Health coverage and to investigate about the task of the health social work for the collective homeless attention. The technique used to obtain the information has been the interview. Finally, the conclusions that have been extracted are that the universal access to the health Catalan system is not taken to account the particularities of the homeless collective and discriminations these people suffer, it must be treated from the intersectionality not only of gender. And that the system does not comply the objectives of sustainable development of the populations. Finally, the interventions with the collective must be based on networking with health socials work, social primary attention and with the others third sector entities.This research it is focused on the homeless people access to the Catalan health system.
