Abstract: This plan's aim is to improve the journalistic work done in Cuencanews, focused on internet possibilities and a good social media strategy. With these two essential aspects we will look forward to achieving an improvement at the newspaper perspective and also at the web visitors. To achieve this, in this plan a complete audit of the Cuencanews structure will be carried out: from its website to social networks, to know the starting situation and thus establish a series of SMART objectives that allow it to take a quality leap against their competitors. Some of these proposals will be carried out to cover two of the most relevant events for the city, which represent very different feelings of belonging and identity: On the one hand, the regional sentiment on El Día de Castilla-La Mancha and on the other, the Cuenca sentiment on El Día de la Virgen de la Luz (patron saint of Cuenca), celebrated on May 31 and June 1 respectively. The results obtained will be analyzed to know if they can really be considered a success.
