Author: Expósito Marín, Rubén
Tutor: García-Solórzano, David
Abstract: This document presents a system to be implemented in the city of Puerto Real (Cádiz). The system is founded on the idea of improving the traffic management with information panels and apps. The goal of the system is informing the users about the availability of space in dissuasive car parks spread around the sorroundings of the city. The topmost idea is inviting the users to walk or ride a bike. The desired consequence is avoid the reduction in visitors to the city center shops after it has been completely pedestrianized. A side consequence could be also empowering the city as an eco- friendly place, increasing the self-perception and awareness of being an ecologic city. With this system, traffic in the city will be more dynamic, organized and intelligent.
