Abstract: Nowadays, Alzheimer's disease is one of the priorities of public health. Diagnosis happens at a very advanced stage and there is no specific evaluation or test. In recent years, research studies has been focused on the search and identification of Alzheimer's biomarkers for early diagnosis. Because of the development in biomedical research, the increase in published studies and deposited in public repositories enable new bioinformatic analyzes. The present study identifies differentially expressed genes (DEGs) through the meta-analysis of 6 expression series (GSE127711, GSE109887, GSE118553, GSE132903, GSE29378 and GSE63060) and subsequent gene ontology enrichment analysis with GO and KEGG. The genes identified (LPAR4, TRIP10, GPR4, SYDE1, PSD2, PLCE1, PDGFRB, ITSN1, ITPKB, PSD4, ACTR10 and HINT1) as a starting point for further analysis as possible diagnostic biomarkers for AD.
