Abstract: | In this project, an application is developed for the logistics industry so that it is a Warehouse Management System (WMS). More specifically, the application will be used for the warehouse management of a full pallet system. The aim of this software is to become the day-to-day software for a logistic warehouse. The application will include client information, the input references of each product and the locations where the merchandise will be stored. Each pallet label is read through barcode readers, which allows us to know, in real time, the actual number of pallets for each reference and client, as well as information about production batches, expiration dates, SSCC codes, etc. If needed, it is also possible to read labels manually. This application will allow to keep the traceability of a warehouse in real time and will provide customers with an essential service, since product traceability is currently essential in terms of quality and logistics. The application will be developed using Angular as a front-end, Laravel as a back-end and MySQL for the database. In addition, WebSockets will be used to keep users up to date with changes in real time. In conclusion, the result is an intuitive application that is easy to use and install. In addition, it can be used in any device with an Internet connection. |
