|Les competències bàsiques dels professionals de la salut necessàries per incorporar la Salut Digital en la pràctica professional
|Segur Ferrer, Joan
|Introduction: The Catalan health system faces different challenges arising from the aging population and the unequal distribution of health services. In this context, digital health offers a unique opportunity to address them. However, the lack of skills makes it difficult to implement. The aim of this joint study is to identify the competencies that healthcare professionals should have to successfully incorporate digital health into their professional practice. Methods: Systematic review focused on identifying the competencies needed to incorporate digital health into professional practice, followed by a qualitative study aimed at contrasting the findings obtained in the review from a consensus process following the Delphi methodology in which participated 6 physiotherapists. Results: Through the systematic review, 20 theoretical frameworks of between 5 and 317 competencies organized in different categories and / or dimensions have been detected and analysed. The thematic analysis grouped the 963 competencies detected in 118 topics, classified into 12 different categories. Through the Delphi process, 72 of the 118 competencies have been identified as relevant for the incorporation of digital health into the professional practice of physiotherapists. Conclusions: There is a divergence between the competencies described in the literature and those considered by professionals to be relevant, which highlights the need to integrate them into the development of theoretical frameworks. The results of this work can serve as a starting point for the development of educational activities aimed at training digital health professionals.
