Title: Contratación de personal mediante inteligencia artificial: evidencia preliminar
Author: Martínez Hidalgo, Héctor Antonio
Tutor: Torrent-Sellens, Joan
Abstract: The research presented in this work is framed within a quantitative approach and the research design has a descriptive and correlational scope. Through this research, applying a survey to 67 professionals from Spanish-speaking countries, it is intended to know what is the perception of these professionals about five key attributes of the use of artificial intelligence in the recruitment and selection processes: reduction of costs, optimization of results, reduction of execution times, bias mitigation and improvement of the company's image; in addition to establishing the relationship between this perception and the preference for automating the hiring processes. It has been possible to identify a clear positive perception on the part of the professionals, however, it contrasts with the preference they have for automating the processes, making it evident that there could be other factors that intervene in their preferences in addition to their perception of the eventual benefits of automation.
