Abstract: Despite the continuous development of new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to benefit people in all contexts of daily life, these tools have also caused negative consequences for their users, who may suffer from psychosocial risks such as the so-called 'Technostress'. Due to the global pandemic caused by Covid-19, many workers have been forced to use ICTs to carry out their work, including teachers. The main objective of the present study was to observe the relationship between technostress and teachers¿ job performance. The study was carried out with a sample of 57 people with an average age of 43.25 years who worked in the teaching of Compulsory Secondary Education. The RED-TIC Questionnaire was used to determine the level of Technostress and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire was used to determine the levels of Performance. After analyzing the results, there is a negative correlation between the teachers' level of technostress and their work performance. Thus, it seems that those teachers who suffer more from the use of technology have more difficulties in performing their job. Possible interventions such as structured and personalized training could decrease these levels of technostress in order to increase the performance of workers. Despite the results obtained, more research should be done on this topic in order to further investigate the analyzed problem.
