Abstract: As a result of the pandemic situation caused by Covid-19, organizations in general and those dedicated to the service sector in particular, have been suffering innumerable inconveniences - both personal and work-related - when it comes to being able to carry out their functions normally. As a result of the limitations in working hours, the continuous capacity restrictions, the countless "waves" of contagion, etc., caused by this context, it is not surprising that the staff dedicated to dealing with the public have their emotions increasingly on edge, with what this may mean for their emotional intelligence, wellbeing and job satisfaction. Therefore, the aim of this work is to relate the three variables mentioned, using as a sample the office staff of a service sector company dedicated to providing auxiliary staff in all types of venues and events throughout the territory of Guipúzcoa as functional leaders within the organization; in order to obtain an "x-ray" of the current situation and to be able to notice the difficulties or deficiencies of the same - also taking into account the differences that may exist between the high season and low season in which they provide services-. The tools proposed to carry out this relationship would be the use of three previously scientifically validated questionnaires: the Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT), the General Work Well-Being Questionnaire (qBLG) and the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire S4/82. Based both on the literature reviewed - theoretical part - and on the result of this research - methodological part -, this work manages to directly and positively relate emotional intelligence, work well-being and job satisfaction - taking into account the two dimensions of the latter - of the functional leaders of this organization.
