Title: Implantación de una oficina de gestión de proyectos y servicios de comunicaciones

Abstract: In this TFG we will try to implement a Telecommunications Project and Services Management Office (OGPSC) within an organization where a multitude of communications projects and services (supplied by one or more providers) converge. In this sense, we will develop, by way of example, a relationship model between the entities that will act around this office (suppliers and the organization itself). Then, we will develop a series of minimum processes that will guarantee the implementation of the OGPSC and, in this way, will provide service management tools, or improve them, to the organization's IT department. We will do all this from the point of view of the existing methodologies (ITIL / ISO/IEC 20000/ PMI/ COBIT/ITSM...) that are focused on increasing the quality of services, without being confined to one in particular, but with the idea of taking the benefits of each of them in an interested way for the organization.
