Abstract: | We want to present a project that implements Virtual Reality as one of the most modern technologies of today, within the Unity engine and Vuforia Engine library. The idea of taking Unity one step beyond tradicional video games. The goal is to create an application that uses the Vuforia Unity SDK, to create a user experience whose main objective is to allow the user to interact through an interface with different options. With this, we want to achieve is, for example, the modification of the color of an object, the size or the position in any part of the environment. The 3D environment will be composed of 3D objects, such as: organic models (Animals, characters) or inorganic models (Tables, chairs, clothes) etc. Apart from 3D models, 2D objects will also be implemented, such as: Text, images or videos. In short, we are facing an AR application with 3D and 2D objects and an interface that interacts with the user through mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones, thanks to the camera that these devices incorporate, they will be able to view the AR scenes, either with the use of markers or simple objects projected on a plane. |
