Abstract: Dual Vocational Training is a modality that combines teaching-learning in the company and in the training center, and allows for more significant learning because the activities are carried out in real workplaces. It also represents a way to ensure the future future availability of qualified workers. The low number of intermediate qualifications in Spain due to over-qualification requires a doubling of the number of intermediate qualifications in Spain due to over-qualification. Spain due to over-skilling requires doubling the number of people trained for the productive needs of companies. The challenges are to reduce youth unemployment and to improve employability by adapting the training of adult workers with low qualifications. In Spain, each Autonomous Community has competences over aspects of the education system, with over aspects of the education system, with variations in the implementation of Dual Vocational Training depending on each Dual Vocational Training according to each territory, making mobility difficult. The main problems are the lack of time for monitoring, difficulty in supervising apprentices, excessive bureaucracy and insufficient time for bureaucracy and insufficient information on how to implement the dual model. The opportunity to finance the new model of vocational training with the European "Next Generation" funds has facilitated the emergence of the dual model. Generation" has facilitated the emergence of the new Organic Law 3/2022 on the organization and integration of Vocational Training, which has to provide a response to the new model. Vocational Training, which has to provide a response to Initial Vocational Training and Permanent Vocational Training, through the unification of the regulation at the state level and allowing mobility between territories. One of the main challenges of the new Dual Vocational Training is to ensure that the teaching staff receives adequate training in digital competency throughout their adequate training in digital competence throughout their working lives, in order to introduce ICT in the classroom. in the classroom. The teacher is no longer a transmitter of knowledge, but acts as a facilitator and guide for the students, designing and guide students, designing new learning environments.
