Title: Lideratge, satisfacció laboral i burnout a l’àrea quirúrgica d’un hospital
Author: Martín Reyes, Juan Antonio
Tutor: Bresó Esteve, Edgar
Abstract: Most research suggests that leadership style influences job satisfaction. The results of this study highlight the positive influence of leadership on job satisfaction and suggest a negative correlation with burnout of both variables. However, this negative correlation between leadership and burnout suggests (despite the need for more specific and in-depth studies) that leadership acts as a catalyst for burnout, unsatisfactory leadership will increase burnout and vice versa.
