Abstract: The aim of this Final Degree Project is the design and development of a web application for the monitoring and control of symptoms in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). This application allows users - medical professionals and patients - to prepare the consultation in advance by filling in an online form, thus speeding up the consultation. It also serves as a tool for the assessment and evolution of each patient's symptomatology, automatically displaying graphs and reports by comparing previously submitted forms. The work has been carried out using a cascade methodology, establishing five delivery milestones, and as regards the technologies used for its development, Laravel, Ajax and MySQL have been used for the back-end, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS 3 and BootStrap for the front-end. The end result is a web application with a responsive design adaptable to any type of device, whether desktop, tablet or mobile.
