Abstract: The purpose of the TFG is to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) for a real private business group in the health sector "Grupo Salud Premium", fictitious name, which is dedicated to provides specialized medical services, outpatient, hospitalization, ICU, ECU, emergency, surgery, radiology, telemedicine, clinical laboratory, pathology, among other services. In the last years, the group has presented a strong growth in its organization, due to the merger and purchase of other health entities, whose objective is to be a reference in its sector in Colombia, impacting its management and stability, adopting the different inherited systems, which are independent and outdated to the current and future needs of the group. For these reasons, an external consultancy will be commissioned to evaluate the current situation, identifying among other requirements, the need to implement an ERP to manage, optimize and unify the internal processes of the organization, improve processes with suppliers and insurers, to which it provides its services, impacting the quality of service to the user. Once evaluated, the ERP supplier will be selected to proceed with the implementation of the different modules and functionalities required by the group, defining the work plan, the team, the objectives, and the methodology to be used, as well as the change management. Finally, the risks and critical points of the implementation (integrations with current systems) will also be analyzed, as well as the detailed costs of ERP implementation for the organization.
