Abstract: | Automating and standardizing the processing of RNA sequencing data is essential to ensure the quality of RNA sequencing results. In addition, this allows for greater efficiency in data analysis and interpretation, as standardized methods for data cleaning and preprocessing can be applied automatically. On the other hand, being able to perform exploratory analyses in an agile manner is critical to be able to design confirmatory studies quickly. In this project, a scalable system was designed to automate RNA sequencing pipelines in distributed systems and visualization software was developed to efficiently perform exploratory analyses. To demonstrate the usefulness of these tools, three scientific studies that were carried out in recent months using the product of this thesis are attached. |
