Abstract: In this project, an application that allows users to keep track of the medication that they are taking has been designed. Moreover, they can be notified of the event that they may be ris-king their health due to different factors such as an abusive consumption of medication in a short space of time, interactions between medications and other substances that the user may be taking, possible adverse reactions depending on some parameters which the user has indicated in the app (age, allergies, intolerances, health problems…). Through User-Centered Design (UCD) and its different techniques and methodologies applied in each of the four phases of the double diamond scheme (investigation, definition, design and evaluation), an application that has taken into account the needs and objectives of the users for which this product has been designed.
