Abstract: This Final Degree Project deals with the process of implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System in a fictitious company called "All Mountain". The company is dedicated to the sale and repair of bicycles, mainly mountain and electric bicycles. This SME is in a period of updating due to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the energy crisis, and it is in this scenario where the implementation of an ERP system will offer the optimal use of company resources, improving internal processes and increasing the quality of the services offered. Taking these objectives into account, a market study will be carried out to choose the ERP that best suits the needs of the company. Once selected, the implementation plan will be drawn up, which will include the selection of a provider in charge of its correct installation. On the other hand, the company will be advised on the management of the "Digital Kit" aid, to achieve a higher budget. Also, the impact that the new ERP will have on the company will be analyzed, through correct change management, cost/benefit analysis and risk analysis. Finally, the work has been completed by carrying out a post-implementation analysis of the system, to audit whether the initially set objectives have been met and the lines of work that may arise in the future.
