Abstract: This work arises from the debate on the need to implement Digital Transformation in organizations of all kinds. In this context, the study has focused on the Third Sector of Social Action; and, within this sector, the work presents an entity, Solidaridad Intergeneracional, with its characteristics and a personalized Digital Transformation proposal. For the development of the work, a qualitative methodology has been used, based on the study of the documentation and the interviews, both with the senior management of the entity and with representatives of other entities, and a quantitative methodology, based on the analysis of the data provided by published studies. The analysis of this sector shows it to be female dominated, with little job stability and with "captive" beneficiaries, focused on justifying subsidies from the Public Administrations and little digitized. Specifically, Solidaridad Intergeneracional presents itself as a national entity, with a large size within the sector, focused on public justifications, with a medium-high level of digital maturity, which has developed an important communication policy, which works with data through Excel, where knowledge of the meaning and scope of Digital Transformation is inconclusive, although it does show a remarkable capacity for evolution and improvement. This work presents a first document thanks to which Intergenerational Solidarity will be able to understand the reason for the change and where to start. The roadmap tries to prioritize the actions that will generate changes in the internal culture, with a team of digital leaders and the management of co-ideation workshops, which together with small actions that do not compromise the economic resources of the entity, will allow the entity to move little by little in a holistic way towards its Digital Transformation.
