Author: Sánchez Parra, Mileidy Cristina
Tutor: Villegas Delgado, César Armando
Abstract: In this research Master's Thesis (hereinafter, TFM), we will proceed to address the structural causes of violence suffered by women by their partners when they are within the reception program offered by the National Asylum System in Spain, which seems to be an isolated fact to the issue of asylum; we will study the treatment of this international, regional and national macho violence in order to understand how this crime is generated in an environment that appears to be under constant supervision. Likewise, we will analyze the lack of male violence in the doctrine, jurisprudence and in the Spanish legislative system in general in contrast to the elements that surround it in the Spanish international protection reception system; and we will examine the response of the different intervening actors to the isolated cases that arise in the devices in accordance with the protocols of action in force, as well as the normative framework against the conduct of the aggressors. All this, with the aim of counteracting violence against women through a concrete action plan.
