Abstract: The quiet quitting is not only a trend in the labor market, it is a symptom of the evolution of society and individuals who see life beyond their jobs, moreover, it is a way of demanding this change. The old ways of managing human resources, that still persist in the most conservative organizations such as state institutions, are already obsolete in the new labor market. On the other hand, companies that are continuously updating already have and are constantly looking for new ways to bring out the potential of their workers. Therefore, they know that the personal life of employees is one more system that influences the company and its ultimate goals. In other words, employees' personal needs and goals have a direct influence on the company, and working conditions have an impact on the personal lives of employees. Therefore, companies can use this impact to their advantage by ensuring that it is as positive as possible. In such a bidirectional and closely linked system, it is necessary to evaluate a change of paradigm both socially and in the labor market. A motivated worker in his job is the one who has intrinsic motivation that comes from his personal life and vice versa. Finally, in Spain, quiet quitting has been present for a long time, moreover, the presence of sick leave due to stress or an affective problem is a symptom of dysfunction in one of the systems in which the individual moves, including the job.
