Abstract: The purpose of this project is to design a database that allows the collection and centralization of all the necessary information to improve risk management in order to have a better reaction to any risk that can be detected. These risks are a crucial part of the company since, depending on their criticality, they can impact management and results. The objective of all this is, once identified, to minimize, whenever possible, the impact on the company's operations. The methodology chosen to develop the project in question is the cascade methodology. It has been given as greater importance in the phases of obtaining the requirements and the conceptual design of the database. The objective is based on making the most important decisions at the beginning of the project. Once the project has finished, all the defined objectives are achieved. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the decisions that were made in the planning have been a complete success.
