Abstract: The present style guide is designed principally for lecturers tasked with preparing course plans in English. However, it may also be useful for course coordinators, language services, freelance translators and mobility students. It provides definitions of competencies, learning objectives and learning outcomes, as well as practical advice on how to write and present them. It also provides guidance on how to write and present course content and examines certain aspects of language use.
