Implantación de un ERP en la empresa "Distribuciones La Oscense S.A."

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en el análisis, estudio e implantación de un sistema de información integrado (ERP) en la empresa “Distribuciones La Oscense S.A.”, dedicada a la distribución mayorista de alimentos a sus centros y clientes. La situación actual de la compañía atraviesa una fase de crecimiento, fijando como objetivos a corto plazo la renovación de sus anticuados sistemas tecnológicos y el traslado a una nueva plataforma logística, que le permita seguir siendo una empresa líder y expandirse geográficamente por el territorio nacional. A raíz de lo anterior, los directivos de la empresa han decidido que es necesaria la implantación de un ERP, que satisfaga sus necesidades y le permita cumplir con los objetivos establecidos. Este proyecto seguirá una metodología basada en fases que seguirán el ciclo de vida de un ERP: adopción, selección, implantación y puesta en marcha. - Análisis de la compañía (situación actual, estructura organizativa, recursos tecnológicos, requisitos...). -Análisis detallado de los ERP existentes en el mercado, para seleccionar el que mejor se adapte a la empresa. - Una vez elegido el ERP, se elaborará un plan de implantación a seguir y se analizará el impacto que tendrá en la empresa. Paralelamente, se estudiarán los riesgos de la implantación, un plan de gestión del cambio y un análisis de costes, entre otros. La elaboración del presente TFG supone la unificación y puesta en práctica de los conocimientos adquiridos durante estos años, especialmente en asignaturas que forman parte del itinerario de Tecnologías de la Información.

The objective of this work consists of the analysis, study and implementation of an integrated information system (ERP) in the company "Distribuciones La Oscense S.A.", dedicated to the wholesale distribution of food to its centers and clients. The current situation of the company is going through a phase of growth, setting as short-term objectives the renovation of its outdated technological systems and the transfer to a new logistics platform, which allows it to continue being a leading company and expand geographically throughout the national territory. As a result of the above, the company's managers have decided that the implementation of an ERP is necessary, which satisfies their needs and allows them to meet the established objectives. This project will follow a methodology based on phases that will follow the life cycle of an ERP: adoption, selection, implementation and start-up. - Analysis of the company (current situation, organizational structure, technological resources, requirements...). - Detailed analysis of the ERP existing in the market, to select the one that best suits the company. - Once the ERP has been chosen, an implementation plan to be followed will be drawn up and the impact it will have on the company will be analyzed. At the same time, the risks of the implementation, a change management plan and a cost analysis, among others, will be studied. The elaboration of this TFG supposes the unification and putting into practice of the knowledge acquired during these years, especially in subjects that are part of the Information Technology itinerary.
