Análisis de KPIS de la red y automatización de resolución de incidencias

Abstract

Para asegurar el correcto rendimiento de la red de cobertura móvil es necesario monitorizar los distintos parámetros y asegurar que se cumplen con los requisitos de la red, ofreciendo máxima calidad y mejor servicio para el usuario. Para ello, es necesario una monitorización continua de la red y una actuación de forma rápida, con la finalidad de que ante cualquier tipo de avería el cliente perciba mínimo impacto durante el menor tiempo posible. Este proyecto se va a analizar el comportamiento de la red y se van a proponer un modelo con cierta inteligencia aplicada que logre actuar ante los distintos cambios de comportamiento y posibles incidencias que puedan aparecer en la red.

To be sure of the proper operation of the mobile coverage network, it is necessary to monitor the different parameters and guarantee the network requirements, Offering to the user the best quality and service possible. To achieve it, it is necessary to monitor constantly the network and when anything appears to be faulty, be as fast as possible working to repair it, so the client receives as less impact as possible. In this project it is going to be analyzed the behaviour of the network and there is going to be proposed a model with some intelligence applied on it, which will manage to act on the possible faults that can appear in the network.
