Abstract: The management of water resources is essential in the intervention of means of firefighting. The proper management of these resources can lead to success or failure in any fire. The purpose of the project is to develop the planning of an application capable of storing the position of the connection points to the public water network and their details, so that they can be consulted by users at any time. In the same way, the application aims to manage these elements by planning audits and conducting work reports for their repair. This application is planned in response to the proven lack that currently exists in the management of these resources, both in the Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos de València and in the rest of the public administrations involved and after recent events that, forming part of the device as a volunteer Civil Protection, it has been possible to verify and investigate. As a result, it is intended to make an outline of the project, so that the effort can be quantified and a sponsor can be looked to conduct the application in a tangible way, as well as making it available to the Public Administrations for their use.
