Transformació digital del procediment d’acreditació de competències professionals de l’IQPIB

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyze the optimization of the process of accreditation of professional competences managed by the Institut de Qualificacions Professionals de les Illes Balears, an organism reporting to the Conselleria d’Educació i Formació Professional de les Illes Balears, and to propose the procedure to implement an information system to support the process. The methodology followed, based on BPM, includes an exhaustive analysis of the current situation, identifying opportunities to improve the process and propose concrete solutions. The definition of the new procedure is based on the experience of all users. From this experience, requirements will be collected and all of them will be the basics to define a more optimal process thanks to the analysis performed and the implementation of this new information system. In addition, a process of selection of the best tool and a theoretical proposal for this implementation based on PMBOK is defined to ensure a successful execution of the project. In summary, this work settles the foundations for the digital transformation of the professional competencies' accreditation procedure with a view to better management of resources, greater efficiency in the process and better experience of the candidates to receive accreditations.

Aquest treball té com a propòsit analitzar per optimitzar el procés d’acreditació de competències professionals que gestiona l’Institut de Qualificacions Professionals de les Illes Balears, organisme depenent de la Conselleria d’Educació i Formació Professional de les Illes Balears amb la implementació d’un sistema d’informació que suporti el procés. La metodologia seguida, basada en BPM, inclou una anàlisi exhaustiva de la situació actual, identificant les oportunitats de millora i proposant solucions concretes. La recopilació de requeriments funcionals i no funcionals, a partir de l’experiència de tots els usuaris durà a la definició d’un nou procediment, més òptim gràcies a l’anàlisi feta i a la implementació d’aquest nou sistema d’informació. A més, se suggereix una forma de selecció del nou sistema d’informació amb la redacció d’un RFP i es fa una proposta teòrica per a la seva implementació basada en el PMBOK per assegurar una execució exitosa del projecte. En resum, aquest treball assenta les bases de la transformació digital del procediment d’acreditació de les competències professionals amb la vista posada a la millor gestió dels recursos, major eficiència en el procés i millor experiència dels candidats a rebre les acreditacions.
