Abstract: The purpose of this final degree project is the definition of the life cycle in the management of a software development project, adapting an existing product to the needs of a specific client in the healthcare environment. In this project, a high-level description of the different phases of the project is made, defining the milestones to reach the final objective, making a functional analysis of the project's needs but without detailing the technical or architectural definition of software development. This project presents cutting-edge technology that is covers a necessity, private health coverage in different regions where, for geographical reasons, they will not have coverage. Also in certain situations, where for convenience or the nature of the consultation, a physical trip to the clinic can be avoided. In addition to the covered need, it provides the added value of giving legal validity to digitized health procedures, thanks to the immutability of the blockchain technology used. During the project, an Agile methodology is followed, using scrum for the software development phases, thus uniting the work of designers, developers and QA testers in the different version cycle defined for the uses of versions. For the high-level project management phase, a Kanban panel is used with the different tasks and their phases within the project.
