Abstract: The eBiblio app was launched in 2014 with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the collaboration of the Autonomous Communities. It is a completely free application that allows the downloading of digital documents such as books, magazines, newspapers and audiobooks. To access this extensive catalogue, all you need to do is obtain a Public Libraries card. Taking as a starting point a Heuristic Evaluation and a test with users of the application carried out previously, the app redesign was proposed, since important usability and interface design errors were found. Thus, using various UX design methods, the idea was to obtain a new eBiblio application that would be accessible, attractive, easy to use and comfortable for all users, as it is a gateway to the democratisation of culture and it is important to keep it in good condition.
