El malestar del equipo educativo en el ámbito residencial y su repercusión en las infancias y adolescencias

Abstract

Este Trabajo de investigación se plantea sobre los posibles escenarios de complejidad en los que se encuentra el equipo de educadores y educadoras sociales en un Centro Residencial de Acción Educativa (CRAE), sus posibles incertidumbres respecto a las infancias y adolescencias, sus posibles dificultades para identificarse como educadores y educadoras sociales y sus posibles malestares ante la impotencia al lograr los propósitos. Todo un conjunto de escenarios que configuran el objetivo general de este trabajo, comprender la concepción de la tarea socioeducativa y su influencia en la práctica profesional de los educadores y las educadoras sociales. Para dotar de argumentación este objetivo se ha elaborado un conjunto de principios e ideas que han sido necesarios para desarrollar los interrogantes y abordar la problemática a los entrevistados. Con los resultados de las entrevistas y la contrastación con su marco teórico se ha elaborado la discusión, la cual evidencia que existe una fuente de malestar en el equipo de educadores y educadoras sociales. Finalmente, en el análisis de la conclusión se da comprensión este malestar, sus causas y motivaciones y las medidas que pueden mejorar el trabajo de equipo de los educadores y educadoras sociales en el CRAE.

This research paper is based on the possible scenarios of complexity in which the team of social educators in a Residential Educational Action Center (CRAE) finds itself, their possible uncertainties regarding childhood and adolescence, their possible difficulties to identify themselves as social educators and their possible discomfort in the face of impotence when reaching their goals. A whole set of scenarios that make up the general objective of this work, to understand the conception of socio-educational work and its influence on the professional practice of social educators. To provide argumentation, this objective has developed a set of principles and ideas that have been necessary to develop the questions and address the problem to the interviewees. With the results of the interviews and the contrast with their theoretical framework, the discussion has been elaborated, which shows that there is a source of discomfort in the team of social educators. Finally, in the analysis of the conclusion, there is an understanding of this discomfort, its causes and motivations and the measures that could improve the team work of social educators in the CRAE.
