Abstract: Currently, coffee is one of the most popular and consumed beverages in the world. The current model of the coffee industry is not sustainable at any level, so it is necessary to rethink both the cultivation and consumption of coffee. Although there are issues that are out of our hands, there are habits that we can change to encourage change. The objective of this Master's thesis is the conceptualization and design of E-Cofi, an app that is developed taking into account this need for change with the aim of providing people with information and tools to improve the way they consume coffee. This work has been developed around the DCP design taking into account the needs of users in each of its phases: research, definition, ideation, prototyping and evaluation. This has allowed us to create a useful tool that meets the defined objectives.
