Innovar des de la tradició: el cas de Torrons Vicens

Abstract

Aquest Treball de Fi de Grau (TFG) realitza un estudi economicofinancer de la societat Torrons Vicens SL i de la seva competència més directa, durant el període comprés entre els exercicis comptables entre 2017 i 2021. En una primera fase, i després d’una introducció a la història de la societat i al seu sector d’activitat, es realitza un anàlisi intern de la seva situació i econòmica, que permet conèixer la seva evolució en els darrers anys i valorar com ha afrontat la situació post-pandèmica i l’actual situació econòmica. En una segona fase es comparen les principals dades economicofinanceres de Torrons Vicens SL amb les del seu principal competidor i líder del mercat, per tal d’establir si existeixen aspectes diferencials en la gestió economicofinancera que podrien justificar la diferent evolució de les societats analitzades. Finalment, s’exposen les conclusions assolides al llarg de l’anàlisi, així com unes recomanacions que l’autor considera que podrien millorar tant el posicionament competitiu de la societat, com els seus resultats i projecció futura.

This Final Degree Thesis (TFG) carries out an economic and financial study of the company Torrons Vicens SL and its most direct competition, during the period between the accounting years between 2017 and 2021. In a first phase, and after an introduction to the history of the company and its sector of activity, an internal analysis of its situation and economy is carried out, which makes it possible to know its evolution in recent years and assess how has faced the post-pandemic situation and the current economic situation. In a second phase, the main economic and financial data of Torrons Vicens SL are compared with those of its main competitor and market leader, in order to establish whether there are differential aspects in the economic and financial management that could justify the different evolution of the analyzed companies. Finally, the conclusions reached throughout the analysis are presented, as well as some recommendations that the author considers could improve both the competitive positioning of society, as well as its results and future projection.
