Abstract: The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between mindfulness, as a dispositional trait of personality, and psychological capital, job satisfaction as well as organizational commitment. This study was administered via Google Forms on 41 volunteer candidates working in paid employment. Four validated instruments were used in the study (Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Psychological Capital Questionnaire PCQ-24, Organizational Commitment Scale revised and Overall Job Satisfaction Scale). Statistical tools such as Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. As a result, the study has found that mindfulness was positively related to job satisfaction and psychological capital (especially self-efficacy and hope). On the contrary, organizational commitment was found to not be positively related to mindfulness, needless to say there was no relation between them. The findings might justify future mindfulness-based interventions (MBI) within organization to improve employee wellbeing (higher levels of mindfulness, as well as psychological capital and job satisfaction).
