Abstract: At present, concern for personal care and the use of natural products is booming in Spain. However, lack of time and difficulty in finding high quality and affordable products can be an obstacle for consumers. Therefore, a natural cosmetics company operating through an ecommerce platform presents itself as a healthy and accessible alternative for consumers looking for high quality products.To achieve success in a competitive market, EcoGlow must have a solid and attractive digital presence to attract new customers and build loyalty among existing ones. To do this, it is necessary to conduct an internal and external analysis of the company, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the market. In addition, it is important to highlight the quality and variety of natural products offered, as well as the excellent customer service and online shopping experience. The company can take advantage of the growing trend toward personal care and natural beauty in Spain to increase its presence in the market. It can launch innovative new products, create loyalty programs, and participate in online beauty and lifestyle events to increase brand awareness.Despite the challenges presented by the market, such as competition and government regulations, the company can use effective digital marketing strategies to address these challenges and succeed in the natural cosmetics market in Spain.Ultimately, EcoGlow has a great opportunity to grow in the market and meet the needs of consumers looking for high-quality natural products. With a solid digital marketing strategy focused on product quality and customer experience, the company can lead the trend towards a healthier and more responsible lifestyle in Spain.
