Abstract: The following Final Degree Project aims to investigate discrimination against LGTBIQ+ Roma people. In order to know the current situation of Roma LGTBIQ+ people in Spain, it is important to understand the current situation of Roma LGTBIQ+ people in Spain, to investigate the current situation of the Roma LGTBIQ+ collective, to know the current situation of social policies in Spain that affect Roma LGTBIQ+ people, to analyze the trajectory of the discourses related to the Roma LGTBIQ+ collective and to identify the needs of Roma LGTBIQ+ people. Through a mixed methodology, comprised of a literature review and a semi-structured interview, the objectives and the research question will be answered deductively, generating results as a discussion between the bibliographic materials and the interview. The work carries out a critical analysis by reviewing the literature and conducting an interview with a trans gypsy man. The need to make this topic visible and the deficient existing bibliography in this regard, is an attraction in itself to inquire about it. An intersectional look allows contextualizing the reality of Roma LGTBIQ+ people currently in Spain. The fundamental conclusions are that currently Roma LGTBIQ+ people continue to suffer from ROMAaphobia and LGTBIQ+phobia, they continue to carry the stigma that Roma people are more macho, more LGTBIQ+phobic, more conflictive and more backward than non Roma people.
