Abstract: The present work focuses on the design and development of an RPG role-playing video game that stands out for the implementation of a strategic third-person combat system. This system is characterized by the classification of characters into various classes, each with unique abilities. The video game also combines elements of adventure and exploration, set in a fantasy world that provides players with an immersive experience in which they can embark on exciting quests and face challenging challenges. The project revolves around the creation of a combat system inspired by the heroes and dungeon bosses of World of Warcraft. It requires the player to make tactical decisions during encounters with non-playable characters that have unique mechanics. Unity 3D graphic engine is employed to address key aspects of game design, programming, narrative, and gameplay. For the effective development and planning of the project, the agile Scrum methodology is chosen. This decision is based on the need to create a product that addresses the design of a gaming experience, requiring the best possible outcome. Scrum enables continuous project monitoring, allowing for efficient time management and organization.
