Abstract: The report details the life cycle of implementing an integrated information system (ERP) in a future company in the short/medium term. The company on which the work is based is an academy that will be dedicated to training opponents of the police. The methodology used is that of the life cycle of an ERP where an introduction to the academy is first made, its organizational structure is explained and the functional and non-functional requirements are analyzed. Then a search is carried out for the ERPs that exist in the current market and a first filtering is done to arrive at the study of seven information systems. Afterwards, a second filtering is done with the screening process and finally a weighted selection criterion is made using the scoring process. With the ERP selected, the implementation phase begins where a study of the methodology is carried out, the best way to implement the solution is chosen and the provisional implementation schedule is created. Finally, post-implementation tasks and where the ERP system will be hosted are specified. The result obtained was the implementation of Odoo with the waterfall methodology in an Arsys hosting. In conclusion, This TFG has made it possible to acquire important skills in project management, problem solving, data analysis and decision-making that can be carried out in the future academy.
