Abstract: The goal project is to enhance the user experience (UX) of the dog adoption process through the redesign of the website of Life4Pitbulls, an associationdedicated to the rescue and care of animals. The main purpose is to increase adoption, fund raising, credibility and awareness of responsible adoptions of potentially dangerous dogs (PPD). In addition, the projectis is alignes with the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) of the UN. The applied methodology follows a user-centered design approach (DCU), incorporating research techniques, competition analysis, information architecture, and usability evaluation with real users. The collaboration with the Life4Pitbulls association and the constant iteration ensure that the solutions proposed are in line with the real needs of the organization and the potential adopters. The results include a renewed web design, improving the visibility of available dogs and the integration of a blog where you can consult advice and information related to diseases, feeding, education and first aid. This project demostrates that the applications of UX design methodologies not only improves the effectiveness of the web page, but also contributes significantly to wider goals such as animal welfare and the promotion of sustainable practices.
