Author: Gimeno Villodre, Lluís

Abstract: This project focuses on the development of a wearable antenna-sensor designed for respiratory monitoring. The device, conceived to seamlessly integrate into the human body, utilizes flexible materials that preserve their properties in close proximity to the body. The design incorporates a meander dipole and a patch, prioritizing practicality for daily life. The relative permittivity of human tissues has been considered to ensure the effectiveness of the device. With a focus on comfort, seamless integration, and consideration of tissue properties, this project aims to provide a functional solution for non-invasive respiratory monitoring, emphasizing the linearity of its behavior.
