Abstract: This Master's Thesis focuses on the creation of the web platform for Cartuja Monte Saúco, a rural hotel with restaurant located in an 18th century charterhouse in Uceda (Guadalajara) that plans to open its doors at the beginning of 2024. The hotel needs to develop its online presence to be able to accompany its guests throughout their relationship with the business. This project faces challenges such as the need for hotels to establish direct connections with customers, reducing dependence on OTAs and providing more relevant and personalized experiences. Additionally, this project will explore the possibilities that nocode development offers and how it allows people without programming skills to build and maintain digital products. To achieve this, the project follows a user-centered design methodology that involves the client and end users in all phases of the project, from its conception to the evaluation of the proposal. The result of the product will consist of an in-depth analysis of the guest life cycle and how the business's online presence enriches its user experience. In addition, a minimum viable product of the website will be launched using no-code tools that will correspond to the first phase of opening the Monte Saúco hotel restaurant.
