Implantació d’un ERP en una empresa de producció i distribució de components electrònics

Abstract

Aquest TFG consisteix a abordar la selecció i implantació d’un sistema ERP en una empresa fictícia que es dedica a oferir serveis de producció i distribució de components electrònics. Aquesta empresa es troba en una fase de creixement empresarial en mig d’un canvi en la direcció de la empresa en la qual s’han trobat una sèrie de deficiències en els serveis. Per realitzar aquesta implementació es parteix de que actualment l’empresa no te una eina i considera implantar-la per millorar els processos de fabricació i el procés comercial. Tenint aquest punt de partida, el treball segueix la metodologia basada en les fases del cicle de vida d’un projecte en l’àmbit dels sistemes d’informació. • Anàlisi de la situació actual de l’organització per a realitzar un estudi dels processos internes, deficiències i la seva infraestructura informàtica. • Comparativa de les opcions líders del mercat ERP per a elegir el mes adient, seleccionar un proveïdor oficial per a ajudar amb la implementació. • Definició del projecte d’implantació, establir els requisits necessaris per a la implantació. • Per acabar, el projecte inclou la posada en marxa i la gestió del canvi, on es defineix el pla de formació.

This TFG consists of addressing the selection and implementation of an ERP system in a fictitious company that is dedicated to offering production and distribution services of electronic components. This company is in a phase of business growth in the middle of a change in the direction of the company in which several service deficiencies have been found. To carry out this implementation, the starting point is that the company does not currently have a tool and is considering implementing it to improve the manufacturing processes and the commercial process. Having this starting point, the work follows the methodology based on the phases of the life cycle of a project in the field of information systems.• Analysis of the current situation of the organization to carry out a study of internal processes, deficiencies, and its IT infrastructure.• Comparison of the leading options in the ERP market to choose the most suitable one, select an official supplier to help with the implementation. • Definition of the implementation project, establishing the necessary requirements for implementation.• Finally, the project includes implementation and change management, where the training plan is defined.
