Abstract: “Bleddy” is a family start-up in the gastronomy sector, focused on pastry and confectionery, known for its quality, affordable prices, customization and commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite its good reputation, the enterprise faces difficulties in its growth and taking advantage of opportunities in the sector. To address these challenges, the brand's visual identity and marketing strategy will be revitalized to improve its position against the competition, strengthen the bond with its customers and explore opportunities for expansion and scale in new markets. It is expected that Bleddy's new visual identity and the added value of digital services will position it as a leader in the minds of consumers, allowing it to scale to a larger market, perceiving it as one of the target segment's favorite options.
