El proceso de independencia de Irlanda a través de textos jurídicos

Abstract

Este trabajo final de grado relata el proceso de independencia de Irlanda desde un punto jurídico. En primer lugar, se hace un breve resumen de los puntos más relevantes de la historia de la República de Irlanda y de Irlanda del Norte. Seguidamente, se realiza la traducción de cuatro textos jurídicos que le dan una perspectiva diferente a la parte más histórica de este trabajo. Y, finalmente, se realiza un análisis terminológico de las traducciones realizadas en la parte práctica del trabajo.

This dissertation project explains the independence process of Ireland from a legal perspective. Firstly, a brief summary of the most relevant points in the history of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is given. Secondly, the translation process has been accomplished following four different legal documents that bring a different perspective to the history part of the project. And, finally, a terminological analysis of the translations has been made in the practical part of the project.
