Abstract: "Sisters" is a digital platform that promotes the inclusion and empowerment of girls in the sport of skateboarding. It is a social tool aimed specifically at the female skater community. Skateboarding is a sport where the male presence is predominant. This fact means that the new generations don’t have female references while settling down with someone who practices this sport. For this reason, "Sisters" wants to grow the female community that practices this sport and thus give greater visibility to female skateboarding. The project contemplates the design of a mobile application whose main objective is to provide a virtual meeting point for girls who want to start skating or who already practice this sport. To do this, they have several sections that will help them both to communicate and to find resources for their learning or skate spots. The result is a usable and easy-to-interact design, designed so that the people who use it become familiar with the contents in a quick and simple way.
