Author: Carmona Salvador, Francisco Javier

Others: Garcia-Font, Victor
Abstract: This Master's Thesis focuses on the implementation of an automated SSL/TLS certificate management system using Let's Encrypt and Certbot. Let's Encrypt is a non-profit Certificate Authority (CA) that offers free and automated SSL/TLS certificates, while Certbot is an open-source tool that facilitates obtaining, renewing, and configuring these certificates on web servers. This work is expected to provide a practical and detailed guide for the successful implementation of an automated SSL/TLS certificate management system. By enhancing security and simplifying the certificate administration process, it is expected to significantly contribute to the protection of sensitive information and trust in online communications.
