Title: Quins factors són claus per a potenciar la satisfacció laboral?

Abstract: The current study has the objective to identify which factors are most taken into account to be happy at work. In addition, also it wants to analyse if there is a relationship between job satisfaction and talent retention, if the factors that favour job satisfaction change depending on age and gender and determine if job satisfaction is an important strategy to implement in the human resources department. Referent at the methodology, qualitative research has been used and the semi-structured interview has been used, with a self-developed script where there was a part of general data and also 15 semi-open questions related to job satisfaction and one’s own work experience. It has been interviewed face-to-face at 21 people between the ages of 27 and 62 who participated voluntarily and who are currently working. Regarding the results obtained, the factors that are most taken into account to be happy at work in the sample studied are the working environment, the flexibility and the autonomy. The participants consider that it is very important to bet on job satisfaction not only from the human resources department but also involve the whole company. It could conclude that job satisfaction is a key factor to retain and capture the best talent and thus gain a competitive advantage.
