Title: Técnicas de expresión, argumentación y negociación, febrero 2009
Author: CALVO, RAUL

Abstract: The course "Expression, Argumentation and Negotiation Techniques" offers general and basic training in fields that, although they do not have a strictly juridical content, are fundamental instruments for the appropriate formation of the jurist and for carrying out their professional tasks. Thus, the capacity to state their arguments in a clear, organized and correct way is of great importance, as well as relying on instruments to ensure the correctness and quality of argumentation in the defence of their own points of view and in the critical analysis of the points of view of other interlocutors. Moreover, a central aspect in the juridical practice is the adequate defence and promotion of one's own pretences and interests and those of third parties (clients), for which training in negotiation techniques is of fundamental importance. As a result of all of this, the course contributes to deriving the greatest benefit from juridical training acquired in other degree courses and subjects.
