Abstract: | The present investigation tries to determine the key elements to achieve a successful campaign of crowdfunding. For it in the first chapter the different classes of existing crowdfunding are analyzed, differentiating between campaigns directed the obtaining donations, the sale of products, the investment in business or the remunerated lending. The second chapter clarifies the legal and tax effects of crowdfunding in Spain. In the third chapter, we qualify and describe the different crowdfunding platforms, especially those of major success. Finally, the chapters fourth and fifth determine and compare the key elements that make that a crowdfunding campaign reaches successfully the aims of his impellers. |
