Abstract: DEA (master thesis) that analyzes the role of blogs within the Web 2.0, it is articulated around three main axes: the creation of a virtual identity, social networks generated through the blogosphere and social and economic implications that arise from them. The central question is how, if they do, blogs are helping to change the ways of reading and participating in both the personal and the public information agendas. As well as if this participation generates significant changes at an economic and psychosocial level.
